  • Whether you’re a first-time guest or a familiar face, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We are likely still holding space for the client before you or thoughtfully preparing the treatment room for your time to begin

  • We honor your time—and ours—with deep presence and care. Because each appointment is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

    • Cancellations made within 36 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.

    • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

    To make changes, you may reschedule or cancel online up to 36 hours before your appointment.

    After that window, please call the spa directly. We do not accept cancellations or reschedule requests via email or social media.

    Thank you for respecting our time and energy as much as we respect yours. 

  • Truly—anything you feel comfortable in. We welcome guests straight from work, overnight shifts in scrubs, the gym in activewear, and even cozy pajamas (we open as early as 7am!).

    If you’re receiving a skin treatment, you’ll undress to your comfort level and be fully covered at all times. If you’re heading to us from work or an event, feel free to bring something comfy—like sweatpants—to slip into after your session. Do not worry about makeup removal. You will receive a double or triple cleanse regardless. 

    Come as you are. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • You don’t have to worry about choosing the perfect facial—we’ve already taken care of that for you. All of our facials are completely customized to your skin’s unique needs. Simply choose your preferred time—60, 90, or 120 minutes—and let us handle the rest.

    Every treatment is designed to be gender-neutral, pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe, acne-conscious, and supportive for sensitive and rosacea-prone skin. We blend advanced modalities with intentional touch, and no two facials are ever the same.

    Your skin tells us what it needs. We listen.
